AllPrep assisted in the delivery of a new state of the art aged care home and independent living village.
Consisting of 32 independent living units, 114 aged care rooms, a dementia day centre, multi-functional spaces, wellness centre, staff administration, village shops, ancillary spaces and 2 levels of basement – Block A was the first to be completed. We then continued works on Block B with 36 independent living units, an early learning centre and one level of basement.
